Data Protection
1. Data Controller
Elatosa Digital, 301-7 Muwonmaeul 3 danjiapateu, Haengsin 2(i)-dong, Deogyang-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea, is the controller for personal data collected through elatosa.digital and client engagements.
2. Data We Collect
We may collect identity and contact data (name, email, company), communication content you submit via forms, technical data (IP address, browser type), and engagement data (pages visited, cookie preferences).
3. Purposes of Processing
Data is processed to respond to inquiries, deliver contracted services, improve the website, maintain security, and—where you opt in—analyze site usage.
4. Legal Basis
Under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of Korea, we rely on consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests (site security and improvement), and legal obligations as applicable.
5. Retention
Contact form submissions are retained up to twenty-four months unless a client relationship continues. Contract records are retained per Korean commercial and tax requirements, typically five to seven years.
6. Sharing with Third Parties
We use infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery for transactional messages) bound by data processing terms. We do not sell personal data. Client project data is shared only with personnel involved in delivery.
7. International Transfers
If tools process data outside Korea, we assess safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or provider certifications. You may request details about specific subprocessors used for your project.
8. Security Measures
We apply access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and least-privilege accounts. No method of transmission is fully secure; please avoid sending sensitive credentials via contact forms.
9. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission of Korea.
10. Children
Our services target business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children under fourteen. If you believe we have, contact us for prompt deletion.
11. Policy Changes
We update this notice when practices change. Material changes will be indicated by updating the last-updated date and, where appropriate, a site notice.
