Returns & Refunds
1. Scope
This policy applies to paid consultancy engagements for lifecycle email workflows listed on elatosa.digital. Informational prices on the site are not checkout transactions.
2. Eligibility Window
For standard engagements, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the contract start date if no deliverable workshop or build session has occurred.
3. Full Refund Conditions
Full refunds apply when Elatosa Digital cancels an engagement, when no billable work has started, or when required access you promised was never provided and we cannot proceed.
4. Partial Refunds
If work has begun, refunds are prorated against completed milestones documented in the statement of work. Delivered templates, maps, and workshops are non-refundable once accepted in writing.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Third-party tool fees, rush fees agreed in writing, and completed audit scans after delivery of the final deck are non-refundable.
6. Request Process
Email [email protected] with your contract reference, reason, and preferred resolution. We respond within five business days.
7. Processing Time and Method
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method used for the engagement.
8. Consumer Rights (Korea)
Nothing in this policy limits rights under the Framework Act on Consumers and related Korean regulations for eligible consumer transactions. Distance contracts may provide additional cooling-off rights where applicable.
9. Cancellations
Either party may cancel per the statement of work. Late cancellations after kickoff may incur fees for hours already scheduled with strategists or operators.
